    I’ve always loved journaling because it’s such a simple way to slow down, reflect on gratitude, and be more mindful in our daily lives. To celebrate the 4-year anniversary of our YouTube community, I wanted to create something meaningful for you—a journal that embodies both slow living and minimalism.

     

    The Essentials Journal is a daily mindfulness journal designed to help us focus on what truly matters. What I love about this journal is its simplicity. I designed it to fit our busy lives, not like a chore or another thing on your to-do list. The theme is simple yet powerful, and I hope you’ll feel that when you use it.
